Order Cancellation

If you want to cancel your order, after placing your order kindly send us an email to glad2shop@glad2bawoman.com . Kindly mention your order number in the subject of the email.

  1. If your order had not been shipped at the time of receiving your cancellation request email, we will not ship your order and will cancel the order.

  2. If your order has been shipped by the time you send your cancellation request email, then please DO NOT take the delivery of the product and the courier company will return the product to us. In case, you take the delivery of the product and then want to return the product to us, kindly go through our return and refund policy outlined below.

  3. If you had made the payment to us via debit/credit card or via net transfer and then cancel the order, then the refund will be made to you within 7 days if your order had not been shipped and within 14 days if your order had been shipped at the time of receipt of your order cancellation email.

Return & Refund Policy

15 days return policy: Customers can return the purchased product (s) within 15 days from the date of delivery to the customer.

Returns will be accepted and exchange/refund will be done under the following conditions:

  1. If the product sent to you is damaged or defective or if we have sent a wrong product due to human error at our end.

  2. If you need to exchange for different size or colour of your choice.

  3. If you are not happy with the quality of the product.

Refund or exchange will not be processed under the following conditions:

  1. The product has been used by the customer and then returned to us.

  2. The tags and serial number of the product has been tampered by the customer.

Process to return and claim refund:

1. If you want to return the product, kindly inform us regarding your intent to return the product within 48 hours (2 days) from the delivery of the product by sending us an email to glad2shop@glad2bawoman.com . The email should contain the following information:

a. Order No. (please mention it in the subject of the email as well.)

b. Product(s) being returned

c. Reason for return

d. Need an exchange for product returned (if in stock) or need a refund?

2. Ship the product in the condition in which it was received along with its packaging, invoice and tags to the following address:

3. Once we receive the returned product, our team will evaluate the product and if the return is due to a genuine problem then based on the customer request, either another product will be shipped to the customer or a refund will be issued within 7 days from the receipt of the returned product.

4. The refund can be processed in the following ways:

a. Coupons for new purchase on our store.

b. Net transfer to the account which was used to make online payment

c. Via Cheque to be deposited in the Customer bank account
